I don't have any clear memories of this particular Halloween in 1956, but judging by my expression, the hat offer must have been a good enough deal! I was pretty easy back then (I think)!

What is curious is why am I not in my own costume... My parents must have been abusive! No wonder, to this day, my impulse is to turn off all the lights and not answer the door on Halloween night!
