Four Friends

I took this photo of Steve Tesich while working as an extra on the film FOUR FRIENDS. So young and naive, I had no idea the greatness that was around me. Arthur Penn, Ghislain Cloquet and Steve Tesich, and now they are all gone.

Steve Tesich was a screenwriter, playwright and novelist. He is best known for the movie Breaking Away (1979). He won a "Best Original Screenplay" Academy Award for that movie.
